Owelle (Prince) C.N Ukachukwu, MFR is a dynamic entrepreneur, an astute politician and a philanthropist per excellence. He was educated at the famous University of Calabar and has over 25 years balanced exposure in real estate development, a business niche he has comfortably dominated having pioneered private mass housing development in Nigeria.
Owelle Ukachukwu was Honourable House member in 1999/2003 having represented AMAC/BWARI Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representative.

Pastor Daniel Nwokedi MFA, FCE, FIMCA attended University of Lagos where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in sociology. A seasoned administrator who in his over 19 years of professional career has distinguished himself in every sense of professional competence.
He was in the hospitality industry between 1995 – 1998 from whence he took up an appointment with SNECOU Group of company’s ltd where he has risen to post of Group managing Director. The multifaceted nature of the group has broadened his scope of administrative prowess. As the Group managing Director, he over sees the entire business arm / subsidiaries of the group viz Agro Allied and Food industries, oil & Gas, Electrical and Civil Constructions, Real estate development, integrated project consultancy etc. implementing an efficient financial reporting system (i.e receivable and payable) supervised all contract payments, signature authorization and confirmation etc.
He holds membership with various corporate and professional bodies such as international institute of Micro credit Administrator MFA/0208 international institute of Micro Credit Administration, rotary club international etc.
She graduated from the University of Ilorin, faculty of law in the year 2004 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in year 2006. She started her career as a Company Secretary/Legal Adviser (trainee) in the year 2005 and has been into corporate practice ever since then; hence she has garnered a wealth of experience in corporate law practice. She has worked professionally with the board of directors of notable companies in Nigeria.
She is a highly skilled corporate executive, versatile corporate lawyer, an experienced leader and motivator. She has received a couple of trainings on human resource management and she is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association.
Adebayo Oluyinka has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Benin , Benin City Nigeria ,MBA in Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Kaduna State, Nigeria. He also obtained National Diploma in Marketing at Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State, Nigeria
He has worked in some reputable Banks (Standard Trust Bank Plc and UBA Plc) in Nigeria for over 12 years before joining Good Homes Development Company Limited in 2014, where he served in various capacities as a teller, cash officer, head of processing, operations Manager, Area Operations Manager (Relief) and Relationship Manager
He is an expert in Providing productive administrative decision, support, leadership in line with the company’s goals and objectives. Excellent in planning strategies (policies), procedures, staff recruitment, management and development.
Paschal Chikwendu is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria . He holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Higher National Diploma Upper Credit in Accountancy both from Rivers State University of Science & Technology, Port Harcourt where he won a prize as the best graduating student in Management Accounting. He has creditably held senior management financial positions with integrity in banking and other industries. He was a Part-Time Lecturer in Advanced Accounting at University of Port Harcourt and the Resident Manager of Dele Dina & Co. Chartered Accountants, Port Harcourt. He was the former Chairman of Continuing Professional Education Committee of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Owerri District Society. He was the Abia State Resident Fund Management Consultant of OUT Consortium Ltd (PTF Zonal Fund Management Consultants). He was a senior commercial bank manager before he became the Head of Internal Audit & Control and later the Financial Controller of Dominium Building Society Ltd (Mortgage Bankers). He was the Head, Treasury and Accounts of Resort Savings & Loans Plc (Mortgage Bankers). He also worked for Chicason Group Limited as the Chief Accountant, EDP Audit & Security Associates and Financial Research Associates Limited as Associate Consultant. He was the General Manager - Financial Control of Western Goldfields Group Limited before joining Snecou Group. In all these positions, he has distinguished himself in the discharge of his duties.
John Tyerman PMP (Project Management Professional) attended Langbaurgh school for boys located in the North of England and later Teesside Polytechnic (now University of Teesside) gaining a Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a speciality in Project Management and Advanced Control. In 2003 John was awarded the global credential of Associate in Project Management under the Project Management Institute (PMI).
John spent the first 20 years working with several International Construction Companies in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia and North Africa initially working in an Engineering and Consultative capacity and later undertaking various Project Management roles controlling full Engineering , Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects in the Oil & Gas, Water and Energy sectors.
After leaving the Middle East John along with several partners formed a private Engineering and Consultancy company in the UK working out of the small North Yorkshire town of Stokesley where the Company executed several major contracts in Columbia and Saudi Arabia. John also initiated and oversaw the implementation and management of the company Quality Management System (QMS) to ISO 9001 and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) systems.
Since 2004, John has been working on various Consultancy and Project Management assignments within West Africa particularly Nigeria and Ghana again with major international EPC Companies.
His other interests include music, playing guitar, woodworking, and water sports.
Alex over sees our business development and marketing department .His career path encompasses over 10 years of hands on experience in Business Development firms . He has served in business development positions in several organizations such as Delta Airlines where he contributed extensively to its corporate strategy and product development for 3years after which he moved to Quagga Oil and Gas Nigeria Limited,where he developed various maketing /distribution Channels for the sales of petroleum products across the country; a company where he served as operation/marketing manager
He is and expert in:

. Liaising with company executives to develop the company's unique selling propositions, identifying market trends and strategies with a view to developing new services, products and distribution channels.
.Developing strategies for enhancing company's performance and also protection of company's value.

He is a combined honors graduate of the School of Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology University of Benin and a holds a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics; Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, as the best graduating post graduate student of Econometrics. He has a certificate in project management (Prince 2) and a proficiency certificate; Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
